Beth Tikvah Synagogue will be holding an Art Auction on Saturday evening April 28, 2012. Auctioneer Domenic Rignanese of Complements Art Gallery will be returning to lead the festivities which will include a combined Silent / Live Auction of goods and services donated by local merchants and our congregants. As one of the largest art galleries in New England, Complements Art Gallery represents artists from all over the world in all types of media and styles, from old world traditional to contemporary. They have held auctions led by Domenic at Beth Tikvah several times in the past resulting in a fun evening for everyone attending, not to mention bargains on great art for home, office, or as a gift. Due to the challenges of the economy, Complements will be bringing a selection of art that will be priced well below market value to give everyone a chance to purchase a significant piece affordably! The art will include paintings, limited editions, glass, sculptures, metal and Judaic artifacts. Price sensitivity will be paramount at this auction. The Silent/Live Auction is always a great event. This year there will be a wide variety of goods and services from music lessons to Red Sox tickets.
Doors will open at 7:00PM on April 28 with light appetizers, coffee and desserts being served. There is also a cash bar on site. The event will take place at the Knights of Columbus Hall, 17 Willow St, Westborough, MA. Advance tickets are $18 for members, $20 for non-members and can be purchased by sending a check made out to Beth Tikvah Synagogue to EJ Dotts at 9 Garfield Drive Westborough, MA 01581. Tickets can also be purchased at the door for $25. The admission price will be credited towards art purchases over $200.
