Exploring Business Ownership: Workshop Offered to the Entrepreneur

Looking to get at better grip on starting a business?

The Westborough Public Library presents “Exploring Business Ownership”, a U.S. Small Business Administration workshop, on Tuesday, Sept. 9, 2014 from 2-4 p.m.

Norman Eng from the SBA, and Pete Allen, a SCORE Counselor from Westborough whose expertise is in Marketing, Sales, Licensing, Operations, Accounting, and Finance, lead this workshop, which will help you gain a better understanding about how to start a business and about the various SBA programs and services that are available to prospective entrepreneurs or current business owners who need assistance in starting or expanding a business.

Information will be provided on the following programs and services: free mentoring & counseling, SCORE, Massachusetts Small Business Development Centers, Center for Women & Enterprise, SBA Guaranty Loan Programs, Government Contracting Opportunities and Disaster Assistance. This program is free and open to the public.
