Herb Chambers Hosts “Cars & Coffee” in Westborough on August 11th

WESTBOROUGH, MA - Get your motor running – to the second Herb Chambers’ “Cars & Coffee” event of the 2019 season.

On Sunday, August 11th, Herb Chambers will host the early morning meet-up of classic, vintage and specialty car and motorcycle owners and enthusiasts from all over New England at his Herb Chambers Ford of Westborough dealership located on Route 9.

In addition, this will be a special “Cars & Coffee” to commemorate August as Jimmy Fund month. As a result, the Herb Chambers team, along with members of the Jimmy Fund team, will be accepting donations at the event to benefit the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute and The Jimmy Fund. The Herb Chambers Companies is in its 4th year as an official partner of the Jimmy Fund and Dana-Farber Cancer Institute.

Team members will be asking for donations at the entrance to “Cars & Coffee,” and throughout the morning – but as always, admission is free of charge. Any and all donations that are received at the event will go directly to the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute and The Jimmy Fund.

This seasonal event series invites car aficionados to Herb Chambers’ dealerships throughout Massachusetts to showcase their pride and joy vehicles while admiring the prized cars and trucks of other automotive devotees.

To celebrate the return of “Cars & Coffee” to his Ford of Westborough dealership, Chambers will be bringing some Detroit muscle from his personal collection – showcasing a rare Ford GT. This is a “lightweight” model, in which only a couple hundred were produced in 2018. Herb was thrilled to be selected by Ford Motor Company as one of only a few to spec and build this redesigned automotive icon. Herb Chambers Ford in Braintree was selected to be the Ford GT Service Center because of their outstanding service capabilities.
