ICYMI: Northborough Man Faces Child Porn Charges a Second Time
Joshua Lundberg, former tennis instructor in Westborough, is facing charges of possession of child pornography, distribution.

NORTHBOROUGH, MA—A Northborough man who served time for child pornography in 2012 is facing similar charges.
Joshua E. Lundberg, 19 Cold Harbor Drive, Northborough, was arraigned in Westborough District Court on Tuesday on one count on one count of distribution of obscene matter, second offense; and one count of possession of child pornography, second offense, according to spokesperson Tim Connolly from the Worcester District Attorney's office.
The assistant district attorney requested $100,000 bail, and Judge Jennifer Ginsberg set it at $10,000. He was also detained for violating his probation out of Worcester Superior Court. The case was continued to July 20.

In February of 2012, Lundberg, then a tennis instructor at Westboro Tennis and Swim Club,was charged on two counts of possession of child pornography and two counts of dissemination of child pornography. An investigation revealed that Lundberg possessed and disseminated child pornography, and also admitted to exposing his penis to a 20-month-old family member. Police also found a lifelike baby doll in his bedroom. For those charges, Lundberg pleaded guilty and was sentenced to 18 months in jail,reported WCVB-TV.
