Methodist Church Urges Donations For Hurricane Harvey Relief

WESTBOROUGH, MA—"We pray for all those affected by Hurricane Harvey in Texas and Louisiana," wrote Pastor John on the Facebook page for the United Methodist Church in Westborough.

The church is urging those who wish to help to give to what they call a wonderful organization called UMCOR (The United Methodist Committee on Relief). One hundred percent of the donation goes toward helping those in need.

UMCOR announced that it is currently working with disaster coordinators and early response teams to provide relief to the many people whose lives have been impacted by hurricane/tropical storm Harvey.
