Mindful Living Meditation Class starts series on Buddha's discourse on Foundations of Mindfulness

SOHUM Yoga and Meditation Studio is starting a series of classes on mindfulness meditation as taught by the Buddha in his famous Satipatthana Sutta, also called Four Foundations of Mindfulness. This week we will introduce the discourse and practice mindfulness of breath.

In Buddha's own words: "This is the direct path, O bhikkhus (practitioners), for the purification of beings, for the overcoming of sorrow and lamentation, for the disappearance of dukkha (suffering) and discontent, for the attainment of the true way, for the realization of Nibbana (freedom from cycle of birth and death), namely, the Four Satipatthanas (Foundations of Mindfulness)."

Classes are held every Thursday from 7-8 pm at SOHUM's Westborough location. To register for the class, visit sohum.org.
