New 6-week session of SOHUM Mindfulness Program starts Sat, Sep 17 at SOHUM Yoga and Meditation Studio

Learn basic techniques of Mindfulness Meditation to reduce stress and increase peace and harmony in your life. Register at sohum.org now.

Try SOHUM's unique program of mindfulness-based exercises designed to help develop skills and habits that promote peace and joy in our lives. Skills such as mindfulness, calm, concentration and equanimity. This program repeats every 6 weeks with a new 6-week session starting Sat, Sep 17. Classes are held at SOHUM Yoga and Meditation studio on Saturdays from 8:30-9:30am.


Each class includes:
  • Gentle stretching
  • Guided meditation
  • Tips for daily practice
  • Sharing our insights and meditative experiences with others
