Elsie Kaye Gift Shop &amp; Artisan Studio In 2009, on a whim, Holly Kenny took a flameworking class and learned to make glass beads. This sparked a love of glass art and led to the launch her business, Elsie Kaye Gift Shop and Art Studio in downtown Westborough. Holly currently teaches flameworking and metalworking at her studio and is on the faculty at the New England Craft Program in Williamsburg, MA. Holly loves the fluidity and movement of glass and enjoys incorporating metals, enamels and other elements that can change the texture and appearance of the glass. As a result, much of her work takes on an abstract, organic feel. Her work, under the name Elsie Kaye Glassworks, can be found at more than 50 boutiques and galleries across the country. Holly is passionate about promoting emerging local artists by selling their work at her retail shop, as well as helping to foster connections with new and existing businesses in the local area. She is an active member of her community, where she has lived with her husband and two children since 2006.

David T. Decoursey, 54, of Rehoboth Beach, died Sunday, July 22, 2012, at Beebe Medical Center in Lewes. He was born Feb. 21, 1958, in Perth Amboy, N.J., son of the late Joan (Sullivan) and Donald Decoursey. He was a graduate of Concord High School in Wilmington and a 1980 graduate of Wilkes College in Wilkes-Barre, Pa. He also attended the Delaware School of Real Estate in Wilmington and Wor-Wic Community College in Salisbury. He was employed by E.I DuPont Nemours Inc. of Wilmington for 25 years. After his career with DuPont, he was self-employed as a certified real estate appraiser for the last seven years. He is survived by his wife, Dianne East-Decoursey; brother, Stephen Decoursey and his wife, Mary-Claire; nephews, Tim and Tommy; and a niece, Katie, all of Westborough, Mass. He was preceded in death by his brother, Peter Decoursey, and his stepson, Eric East. Services were held.
