Online Travel Mag Mocks Westborough

There’s nothing unusual about having a love/hate attitude about your hometown. Of course, some people lean harder toward the dark side of the spectrum than others.

Online travel and food magazine Thrillist published an article titled “Does Your Boston Suburb Suck? An Investigation,” which mixes good-humored ribbing with fairly tasteless slights from former (current?) Boston suburbanites. For better or worse, it critiques a substantial portion of Eastern Mass. towns.

Here’s what Thrillist had to say about Westborough ... and this it all it had to say:

“West of Marlborough.”
