OUI Second Offense, 2 Hit and Runs, Larceny: Westborough Police

The following are excerpts from the Westborough police log. An arrest does not indicate a conviction.

Thursday, Dec. 3

  • At 12:58 a.m., police responded to reports of an erratic driver on Turnpike Road. Gary Fiachra Hanniffy, 35, 289 Boston Post Road, Sudbury, was arrested and charged with operating under the influence of liquor, second offense. He was also charged with marked lanes violation, and operating with a suspended license.
  • At 8:27 a.m., a prisoner was transported, West Main Street. Tyler Paul Tessier, 25, 18 Beaver Pond, Beverly, was arrested and charged on a warrant
  • At 9:41 a.m., police responded to vandalism, Connector Road.
  • At 4:01 p.m., police responded to a hit and run, with the victim sent to the hospital, East Main Street
  • At 4:24 p.m., police investigated larceny, Turnpike Road

Friday, Dec. 4

  • At 12:23 a.m., police responded to a car crash on West Main Street and Mill Road. There were injuries.
  • At 5:56 p.m., police responded to reports of a disturbance, Spring Road
