Route 30 Closed Due To Head-On Collision In Westborough

WESTBOROUGH, MA — Westborough firefighters closed down Route 30 on Monday afternoon following a serious head-on collision.

The incident occurred near 2 p.m. at the intersection of Route 9. The fire department did not immediately report the condition of drivers involved in the collision.

The department warned drivers to find other ways around the area due to significant backups.

The incident happened south of Route 9 where drivers exit and enter Route 30.
