1:59 p.m.: Police pulled a vehicle over on Turnpike Road at Otis Street. Edwin Jonathan Ortiz-Molina, 27, Everett Gaylord Boulevard, Worcester, was arrested and charged with speeding, unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle
