Sleepy Teens: So Why Do They Sleep So Much?
This Parent Education Series installment talks about how teens' brains are wired differently for sleep.

It might not change the start of the school day, but it might make you let them sleep in instead of doing chores on Saturdays.
The Parent Education Series continues on Thursday, May 14, from 7-8:30 p.m. at the Westborough High School Auditorium with a program called “Sleepy Teens: How Teens’ Brains are Wired Differently for Sleep and What to Do About It.”
This event is free for the community.
