Speeding Car Crashes, Flips Over In Westborough: Police

WESTBOROUGH, MA — Two cars crashed in front of the Target at 330 Turnpike Road on Wednesday morning. A preliminary investigation suggests speed was a factor in the crash, police said.

When police got to the scene, a white sedan was flipped onto its hood and a blue sedan had its front bumper crushed and was missing a tire, according to police. It is unclear if anyone was injured.

The driver of the white sedan was cited on several offenses, the driver's name was not released. The cause of the crash is under investigation.
