Triboro Mite B Gold Team Earns Division Crown

Triboro Youth Hockey's Mite B Gold team won a crown Sunday, defeating Triboro-Black, 6-1, in the Lakers Arthur Sachse Tournament division championship game at Worcester's Buffone Arena, according to the Junior Crusaders Youth Hockey website.

Meanwhile, Triboro lost to the Junior Crusaders in the Mite A championship game, 4-3. Triboro finished the tournament in second place in the A division. Westborough resident Marc Bellaud coaches the team.

The Mite B Gold team is coached by Westborough resident Robert Lenkauskas.

The Triboro Youth Hockey Association includes players from Westborough, Marlborough and Southborough.

Triboro's first sessions of evaluations for Mites (players born in 2005 or younger) will be held this Saturday at the Navin Rink, 451 Bolton St., Marlborough, Lenkauskas said today.

Players with last names starting with A-J should come from 7:30 to 8:30 a.m., while players with last names starting with K-Z should come from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m., he said.

Players should arrive 30 minutes early, and bring their pinnie number.

Session two is from 8:30 to 10:30 a.m. April 6.
