Westborough Community Chorus hosts giant yard sale Sept. 8

WESTBOROUGH, Mass. – The Westborough Community Chorus will hold its annual yard, bake and book sale this Saturday, Sept. 8 at the Harvey School Building, 20 Phillips St., from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.
The thousands of items for sale range from furniture and electronics to housewares, toys, games, appliances, jewelry and even fine items. There are more than 100 tables, and everything has been cleaned and checked to ensure items work and all necessary pieces are there.
And as one of the tenets of the chorus is to give back to the local community, proceeds from the yard sale go toward scholarships for private music lessons for Westborough junior and senior high school students.
