Westborough Farmers Market Seeks Vendors, Musicians
The weekly market is scheduled for Thursdays from June 11 through Oct. 5.

WESTBOROUGH, MA — The Westborough Farmers Market is now accepting applications for vendors, musicians and community groups ahead of its 2026 season at Bay State Commons.
Run by the Westborough Rotary Club, the weekly market is scheduled for Thursdays from June 11 through Oct. 5, operating from 2:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m., rain or shine except in severe weather.
Organizers say they are looking to expand their lineup, particularly with new vendors offering items like prepared meals, dairy products, fresh pasta, mushrooms, coffee, maple syrup and ethnic foods.

Vendor spaces are available in 10-by-10 and 10-by-20 configurations, with pricing options for weekly, biweekly or full-season participation. Vendors must provide their own tents, tables and weights, with a minimum of 60 pounds required for safety, and must be fully set up before the market opens.
Food vendors are also required to complete Board of Health paperwork, and all vendors must carry insurance and provide a certificate of insurance to the market.

In addition to vendors, the Rotary is inviting musicians to perform at the gazebo during market hours, though performers must bring their own equipment and compensation is not guaranteed.
For the first time, nonprofit and community groups are also being invited to participate, with informational booths designed to help residents connect with local organizations. Sales and donation requests will not be allowed at those booths.
Organizers say the market continues to grow in popularity, with about 250 vendor applications received last season.
The Rotary Club plans to promote the market through social media, press releases and even a Route 9 billboard, along with special events like customer appreciation days and summer concerts in partnership with the town’s Recreation Department.
More information and vendor applications are available through the Westborough Rotary Club.
