Westborough FD Receive Donation To Buy New Gear
The Central One Federal Credit Union offered the department a check for over $2,000 to help pay for personal protective equipment.
WESTBOROUGH, MA- The Central One Federal Credit Union donated a check for $2,438 to the Westborough Fire Department on Friday.
The department said the money will be used to help buy one of its firefighters a second set of personal protective equipment.
Central One Federal Credit Union's Westborough Branch manager, Rajani Koduri, presented the check to the department. The Credit Union said "We appreciate the hard working first responders in the communities we serve."
