Westborough Home Sales Fell In June As Median Price Hit $1M
Westborough's housing market saw fewer closed sales in June even as the median sale price rose.
WESTBOROUGH, MA — Westborough’s housing market saw fewer closed sales in June even as the median sale price rose.
There were 11 closed home sales in Westborough in June, down 42.1 percent from the same month in 2025, while the median sales price rose 2.6 percent to $1 million, according to June housing data from the Massachusetts Association of Realtors.
The number of homes for sale also fell year over year. Westborough had 32 homes on the market in June, down 15.8 percent from June 2025, according to the data.

Statewide, single-family closed sales rose 7 percent year over year in June, while the median single-family sale price fell 1.4 percent to $715,000, according to MAR. Condominium sales rose 9.1 percent, with the median condo price up 1.7 percent to $590,000.
MAR President Kristen Keegan said in the June report that an increase in listings and sales activity statewide followed a slower spring and winter.
