E. Louise (MacMullen) Allen, 96, passed away June 21. Her husband, John Bradford Allen, passed away in 1980. Louise leaves her son, William Allen and his wife, Mary Clement-Allen, of South Hadley; her daughter, Elizabeth Simino, and her husband, Darrell, of Westborough; her granddaughter, Amy Blattner, her husband, David, and her great grandsons, Bradford and Jonathan of Shrewsbury; her grandson, Andrew Simino, his wife, Catherine, and her great granddaughters, Isabelle and Allison of Franklin. She was a member of the Memorial contributions may be made to Shriner’s Hospital for Children, 516 Carew St., Springfield, MA 01104.

Shirley B. Friberg, 87, of Watchung, NJ, formerly of Venice, FL and Westborough, passed away June 16. Her husband Hugo Friberg died in 2008. She was educated in Westborough schools and attended the University of Massachusetts at Amherst. Shirley live in Westborough for 60 years and was a member of She is survived by one daughter, Nancy Friberg DeSante and her husband, William, of Chatham, NJ; one son, Paul Friberg and his wife, Andrea, of Holden; four grandchildren, Sarah and Jonathan Friberg and Elizabeth and Christopher DeSante; one niece, Marianne Salah and two nephews, Robert Briggs and Greg Chase. She was buried in Pine Grove Cemetery.

Mary A. Nelpi, 94, of Brewster, formerly of Westborough, died June 13. Her husband, Edward J. Nelpi, passed away in 2003. She is survived by two daughters, Anne Tufts and her husband, Bob, of Westborough, and Christina Costa and her husband, Jerry, of North Truro; two grandchildren, David Tufts and his wife, Sandy, of Eliot, ME, and Susan Tufts and her husband, Peter Tomilloso, of Boston; two great granddaughters, two sisters and many nieces and nephews. Her funeral Mass will be at 10 a.m. on June 30 at , 70 West Main St. Burial will follow at . Memorial donations may be made to Epoch of Brewster Activity Fund, 873 Harwich Rd., Brewster, MA 02631.
