Westborough Winter Stroll 2022: Parade, Tree Lighting, Business Visits
Westborough's big pre-Christmas celebration will take over the town on Sunday.

WESTBOROUGH, MA — Westborough's big annual holiday kickoff will take over the town Sunday, with a tree lighting, parade and specials at local businesses happening all afternoon.
The stroll begins at 2 p.m. with local businesses (find the full list here) opening their doors and offering door prizes, food, raffles, sales and much more. The town will run a shuttle starting at 2 p.m. because the businesses participating in the event are located downtown, along Lyman Street and Route 9.
During the business stroll, Mrs. Claus will be reading stories to kids at the Westborough Public Library at 2, 3 and 4 p.m.

The main downtown festivities get underway at 5:15 p.m. with a parade of cars decked out in lights along West Main Street. That leads to the main event at 6 p.m. — a tree lighting with Santa Claus downtown.
The 2022 Winter Stroll, formerly the Holiday Stroll, is the second year the event has been held since it was called off in 2020 due to the pandemic.
