Gill said he understood that the Massachusetts Alcoholic Beverages Control Commission approved a liquor license for the site, 17 Connector Road, on Thursday.
Gill said he expects to start demolition next week.

He hopes to open in six to eight weeks, which would be around Memorial Day.
