The Rangers (14-2) were seeded first, and Shrewsbury (14-2) was seeded second. Each team received a first round bye in the 11-team tournament.

Meanwhile, the Westborough High School girls tennis team faces Shrewsbury in the MIAA Girls Team Tennis Central Division 1 tournament final at 3:30 p.m. at St. John's.
Shrewsbury defeated St. Peter-Marian, 4-1, in a semi final Tuesday, according to the Worcester Telegram & Gazette.
Westborough advanced to the finals with a 4-1 semi final win over visiting Wachusett on Monday, according to the MIAA website.
