Young Fox Freed From Soccer Net In Westborough
This young fox turned out to not be so sly after getting tangled in soccer net in a Westborough backyard.
WESTBOROUGH, MA — A curious and not-so-sly fox found itself in a tricky situation on Thursday morning. The young fox was tangled in a soccer net in a Westborough backyard near Longfellow Road.
Westborough's Animal Control Officer was able to untangle the little guy and set him free. The police department documented the entire process on their Facebook page, telling residents "You may see this sweet fox on the run around town."
Westborough's Animal Control Officer and police have been quite busy in the past week, performing another rescue last Thursday of some baby ducklings stuck in a storm grate.
