3rd DUI For Driver Arrested By Westford Police
Westford police said they charged a Littleton man with his third drunk-driving offense after a crash last week.

WESTFORD, MA — Westford police recently arrested a Littleton man on his third drunk-driving charge. Michael Tripp, 59, was arrested Tuesday, August 22. Tripp was involved in a minor crash in Cornerstone Square at about 8:30 p.m., according to the Westford police log.

Tripp allegedly had an open container of alcohol in his vehicle. He was charged with operating under the influence of liquor (third offense) and an open container violation.
