Mark Your Calendars and get your tickets...FAME (Friends Advancing Music Education) 8th Annual FAME Music Café to benefit WPS Music Education at the Parish Center for the Arts on Friday, October 21, 7 - 11 pm
Enjoy a “Hot” Fall Night at the FAME Music Café (Westford MA) – For the eighth year FAME (Friends Advancing Music Education) will be bringing a fun and diversified night of music as a fundraiser for the Westford Public School’s Music Education programs. The Music Café, which sold out the last three years, is being held on Friday, October 21, 7-11 pm at the Parish Center for the Arts, located at the Westford town common. Two groups, well known in the area, will fill the night with music and fun.
The Jazz Punishers’ will take to the stage first performing a mix of nouveau & classic jazz plus R&B. This band (which is affiliated with The Real School of Music) is a staple at local venues, The Back Page in Lowell, and performs extensively throughout New England.

Next in the lineup, the night bursts open with the hot sounds of The Usual Suspects Band, an eight member group featuring three-part harmonies from six vocalists. Guitar licks, keyboard, harmonica and a four-piece horn section which don’t just back the vocalists, but shine with their own creativity and style. This powerful group will keep the heat on all night and rock the crowd until the end.

TICKETS are $25 through October 10 and include delicious seasonal appetizers and desserts. There will also be a beer and wine cash bar. As of October 11 tickets will be $30.
