WESTFORD, MA — The Town of Westford has been awarded a $125,000 Green Communities Competitive Grant from the Massachusetts Department of Energy Resources (DOER) to fund energy efficiency improvements at the Cameron Senior Center.
The grant will support two projects:
These improvements will increase the Cameron's energy efficiency, reduce greenhouse gas emissions, improve building performance, and enhance comfort for residents and visitors.
Westford was selected through DOER's competitive grant program, which funds municipal projects that reduce energy use, lower operating costs, and advance the Commonwealth's clean energy goals.
The Town appreciates the Commonwealth's continued investment in local sustainability initiatives and looks forward to completing these improvements at the Cameron Senior Center.
