• $3M in state funding for Westford housing (lowellsun.com) — Westford's long-vacant Regency Inn site on Littleton Road is set to become 300 rental homes, backed by $3 million in new state commercial-conversion funding. Construction could start in October, with a 2029 opening, and town leaders say the project fits Westford's strategic plan to expand sustainable housing options under the MBTA Communities zoning law.
