Allergist Sara Narayan, MD Expands Practice for Pediatric Patients in Westford

Allergist Sara Narayan, MD has expanded her practice, Allergy West in Westford, to treat pediatric patients in the community. Dr. Narayan, who is on the medical staff of Emerson Hospital, is affiliated with Pediatrics West.

Board certified in allergy/immunology and pediatrics, Dr. Narayan received her medical degree from St. George’s University School of Medicine in Grenada. She completed her pediatric residency at Maria Fareri Children’s Hospital in Westchester, N.Y., and she completed an allergy/immunology fellowship at SUNY Downstate Medical Center in Brooklyn, N.Y. Dr. Narayan practiced as a general pediatrician for two years before entering her subspecialty fellowship. Her clinical interests include pediatric asthma, seasonal allergies, food allergies, eczema and urticaria.

Dr. Narayan, who grew up and now lives in Groton, said she was pleased to return to Massachusetts to practice medicine in 2011.
