Six Houses on 1/2 Acre, Westford is the New Medford!

Parent's is gone.  Built in the mid 1800's.  As is the historic home that was next to Parents's.  History, honor and integrity are being replaced by ipads, ADHD and greed.  Robert Walker 1st tried to ask the town for a free liqour license.  When Walker didnt get it, he was steamed and had to buy Parent's last available liquour license.  Walker is now forcing in 6 houses onto a 1/2 acre of land that previously housed Parent's and an antique home in historic Graniteville.  A free liqour license would have saved Walker $500,000, and in turn would of made for a quicker opening to either Evviva Cucina or Westford Wine and Spirits (both Walker owned).  Now instead, Walker has already listed 6 houses online for sale at 27 Broadway for $300K each (though he slickly tries to say to the BOS 'around $250K each'), and the BOS hasn't even granted him full zoning and safety permission to start construction in any way, shape or form.  That won't stop Walker, he just flipped a chair at the most recent BOS meeting and said 'you have no God Damn clue' because he didn't get his was way...AGAIN.  6 houses will officially open the door for anyone who has 1/4 to 2 acres+ to build 3-24 houses on their land without hesitation.  Just get a special permit like Walker always does.  Westford is officially on its way to being Roxbury, Somerville or Medford...take your pick.  Unless the BOS stands up for once, does the right thing by our residents and Graniteville by protecting our zoning laws, rich history and keeps 27 Broadway a 2 unit space.  Keeping our town history alive is alot harder than just making acceptions I know, but you will never regret that decision BOS. Ever.
