It's All Happening at the Cameron: Health Fair September 16

There's no better time than September to visit the Cameron Senior Center, located at 20 Pleasant especially on Friday, September 16th if you're interested in learning about the wide array of health services, resources and healthy living.

From 1:30 - 3:30 p.m., a variety of exhibitors will be on hand to answer questions and provide information regarding health concerns of seniors. Attendees will learn about options for aging-in-place with home care services as well as residential options. Individuals who are family caregivers will also gain insights about services such as respite care and support groups.

September is National Senior Center Month with this year's theme being:  My Life. My Time. My Way.  This theme echoes the purpose of the September 16th health fair which will introduce participants to health choices and services which support their personal decisions, needs and lifestyles.
