Joanne Johnston named food services director of Bridges by EPOCH at Westford

EPOCH Senior Living has named Joanne Johnston food services director of Bridges by EPOCH at Westford, a 48-suite memory care Assisted Living Community being built at 108 Littleton Road. Bridges by EPOCH at Westford will open this summer.

Johnston is an award-winning chef with more than 28 years’ experience, first with restaurants and then senior living communities.  Most recently she worked as the food and beverage director at Traditions of Wayland. She has also served as Executive Chef at a number of upscale urban-style cafes, including Café 1209 in Braintree and La Boniche in Lowell, and is honored to share that she had the privilege during her career of cooking for her mentor, Julia Child.
