Local Chapter of the Real Estate Staging Associating participating in Women’s Build Week supporting Habitat for Humanity

RESA is the portal to the staging industry and is the source of education and business tools focused on the needs of real estate in the Boston area. The chapter will provide peer to peer support for the chapter members as well as promoting education to real estate agents, home owners and the general public regarding the value and benefits of Staging. 

Fifteen RESA Mass members, all women, have formed a group to support Women’s Build Week. May 4-12, 2013, a week to celebrate and empower women around the nation to help improve their communities by building homes for those in need. Supporting Habitat for Humanity came easy to the Mass RESA group.  As Stagers and Design Stylists the woman are continuously working with sellers, homeowners and realtors. A typical day for most of the MASS Chapter women involves preparing properties for sale and working with home owners to change the look and feel of a room, some even manage remolding projects.  But, building a house is not something on their to-do list. The project provides a challenging experience for those who want to give back in a new way.  RESA has a vested interest in homes being built, and in felt natural for RESA Mass to offer their support to Habitat for Humanity. 

The following Members were elected into office: Debbe Daley, Daley Design as President, Kelli Webber, Interim Furnishings as Vice President, Faith Erickson, Stage to Sell as Treasurer, Paula Gaul, New Leaf Redesign as Secretary, and Liz Larson, Perfectly Placed For You as Marketing Chair.
