I suspect that most have noticed the new Halloween store next to CVS that just opened.  Well it doesnt look open thats because they have to keep their sign covered. Apparently they are tied up in red tape needing a permit to display their sign.   Assuming the sign meets the documented specifications why is this being delayed?  This store will be open for about 1 month and a number of local kids are getting a chance to make a few dollars and get some work experience ....  of course that would be easier if the store looked open.  Can the town get off their collective butts and find something better to do than impact a little store with a little sign that will be open for a little time.   Wayne
