TV Production Training Starts Next Week

If you live or work in Westford and know that using video on television and the internet to reach your community can reinforce the messages that you already have out there in print, then you’ll want to attend the next producer training series at Westford CAT. An introduction session will be held on Tuesday, October 4^th at 6:30 p.m. at the station, located at 487 Groton Road (Route 40).

At this session, you’ll hear about all the new resources available at Westford CAT and meet other residents who are also looking to produce video. Camera Operator training takes place the following week on October 11. Studio Production training is scheduled for October 18, and Video Editing training will be held on October 25^th. League of Women Voters Warrant Review for Special Town Meeting. Town Manager Jodi Ross and Director of Land Use Management Angus Jennings joined Bob Price, President of the League of Women Voters in our studio to go over the warrant articles for the October 17^th Special Town Meeting which begins at 7:30 p.m. at the Abbot School Gym.
