Westford's Timothy Jordan Graduated From Ursinus College
Timothy Jordan graduated cum laude from Ursinus College with a B.A. in Business & Economics and minors in Secondary Education and History. His accomplishments earned him election to Phi Beta Kappa.
COLLEGEVILLE, Pa. - Timothy Jordan graduated cum laude from Ursinus College with a bachelor of arts degree in Business & Economics and minors in Secondary Education and History during commencement exercises on Friday, May 10, on the college campus. More than 410 students received bachelor’s degrees.
Jordan was one of 61 members of the class whose accomplishments earned them election to Phi Beta Kappa, the highest academic honor for undergraduate students. While at Ursinus, Jordan was named to the Dean’s List; Sigma Iota Epsilon, the national honorary and professional management fraternity; and Cub and Key Society, a men’s honor society. At commencement, he received The Laughlin Award, which is awarded to the student who has made outstanding contributions to his or her class and to the College, and The Compton/Rose Prize, which is awarded to an outstanding student majoring in Business & Economics. His independent research earned him Distinguished Honors in the Business & Economics department.
Jordan founded and was president of Students Today Into Leaders Tomorrow (STILT), a group that holds leadership workshop at area schools, and a member of Enactus, a student-led organization that engages the community to advance the ideas of free enterprise, market economics, entrepreneurship, and economic opportunity. He was an assistant resident director, resident advisor, and also a member of Alpha Phi Epsilon fraternity and Men’s Rugby.

He studied abroad in New Zealand through the IFSA Butler program.
Jordan has been accepted to the Masters of Education-Student Affairs program at Clemson University, where he will also be Graduate Community Director.

A graduate of Westford Academy, he is the son of Christopher and Sandra Jordan from Westford, Mass.
