Calling All Artisans and Vendors...The Middlesex County 4-H Fair is Coming...

Showcase and Sell Your Wares at the 2017 Middlesex County 4-H Fair...For the FIRST time, the Fair Is Welcoming Artisans and Vendors

The Middlesex County Fair 4-H Board is pleased to announce that they are welcoming vendors to this year’s fair. The Middlesex County 4-H Fair takes place on August 25, 26 and 27 and presents the classic New England fair experience and family, friendly fun for all ages. All products offered for sale at the Fair must be family appropriate, agricultural, hand-made or related products.

This agricultural event of the year has been held at 55 South Chelmsford Road in Westford since 1956. The fair showcases approximately 350 youth exhibits from animals to static exhibits. A dedicated group of hundreds of volunteers work throughout the year to prepare the fairgrounds for the weekend of festivities. The fair boasts approximately 5000 attendees over the course of the 3-day weekend.

Vendor fees for the three-day weekend are $300 for a 10’ x 10’ space including tent rental, $200 for a 10’ x 10’ space excluding tent rental, $250 for Saturday and Sunday only including tent rental and $175 for Saturday and Sunday only excluding tent rental. Tables and chairs as well as a limited number of electrical outlets are also available for rental. All booths must be open each day at least between the hours of 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. Fees include two parking passes and a listing in the fair program. Each year the fair welcomes
