Chelmsford Man Arrested During Traffic Stop

The following are entries from the Westford Police log for Sept. 9, 10 and 11.

Friday, Sept. 9

9:46 a.m. – Michael St. Pierre, 32, 49 Inman St., in Lawrence, was arrested after surveillance by a police officer on Littleton Road. He faces charges of alleged assault, an alleged violation of an abuse prevention order, and malicious destruction of over $250 in property.

Saturday, Sept. 10

2:05 a.m. – James Sylvia, 23, 6 McCormick Ln., in Chelmsford, was arrested during a motor vehicle stop on the corner of Magnolia Drive and Howard Road.

He has been charged with alleged marked lane violations, driving under the influence of narcotics, not possessing a motor vehicle registration, possession of marijuana, and possession of an unnamed Class E drug.

Friday, Sept. 9

Littleton Road was not the place to be during rush hour on Friday, starting with a car crash on the corner of Boston Road and Littleton Road at 4:04 p.m., .

Police then investigated two more crashes on Littleton Road, one at 4:14 p.m and another at 5:36 p.m.

No citations were issued in any of the crashes and no injuries were reported either.

Saturday, Sept. 10

Harassment was the major theme on Saturday, starting with a late night report of telephone harassment on Beaver Brook Road (2:51 a.m.) Another case of harassment, this time not including a telephone, was reported on Pollyanna Lane later on (11:08 a.m.)
