Drunk Driving Crash, Drug Arrest, Dog Violations: Westford Police Log
The following are excerpts from the Westford police log. An arrest or charge does not indicate a conviction.

Sun., Oct. 4
- 4:12 p.m. A dog violation was reported on Perham Circle.
- 8:54 p.m. Breaking and entering was reported on Forrest Road.
Mon., Oct. 5
- 10:23 a.m. There was a car crash on Town Farm Road. No one was hurt.
- 2:33 p.m. Fraud was reported on Hildreth Street.
- 3:20 p.m. Identity fraud was reported on Concord Road.
- 3:47 p.m. A dog violation was reported on Concord Road.
- 5:42 p.m. After a crash on Flagg Road, Joseph Powers, 58, of Lowell, was charged with OUI (second offense), possessing an open container of alcohol in a vehicle, negligent driving, and a lane violation. No one was hurt in the crash, which happened near Main Street.
- 8:06 p.m. Following a traffic stop on Groton Road, Cameron Roper, 19, of Ayer, was charged with two counts of dealing drugs, two counts of drug possession, having a cracked windshield, not having a license in possession, and a light violation.

- 9:21 a.m, Larceny was reported on Patten Road.
- 4:12 p.m. A disturbance was reported on Lillian Road.
- 11:27 p.m. There was a drug investigation on Main Street. It resulted in an arrest; the suspect’s identity was not released.
