DUI Checkpoint: 3 Middlesex County Suspects Arrested
Police conducted a sobriety checkpoint near the Massachusetts border Friday.
SEABROOK, NH — Police on Friday arrested five suspects, including three from Middlesex County, during a sobriety checkpoint near the Massachusetts border. The checkpoint was conducted in Seabrook, New Hampshire, by New Hampshire State Police Friday night into Saturday morning. It was held on Route 1A and a total of 584 vehicles were screened, police said.

All of those arrested hail from Massachusetts or Rhode Island. Four were charged with driving under the influence. One suspect is from Lowell and two are from Haverhill. These are the five suspects:

- Jennifer Hogan, 36, of Lowell, was charged with driving under the influence of drugs.
- Kelly Charest, 54, of Haverhill, was charged with driving after suspension (subsequent offense).
- Luke McCartney, 26, of Haverhill, was charged with driving under the influence.
- Andrew Coulombe, 26, of Ipswich, was charged with driving under the influence.
- Kyle Harris, 35, Coventry, Rhode Island, was charged with driving under the influence.
