Finding Kind: Documentary Film Screening Comes to Westford



The Westford Parent Connection is partnering with Lowell General Hospital to
bring a screening of the documentary film, Finding Kind, to Westford and surrounding communities on Tuesday, April 10, 2012 at the Stony Brook
Middle School, 9 Farmer Way in Westford, from 7:00 - 9:00 pm. The event is free and open
to the public.



Finding Kind is a compelling new feature film and movement, based on
the powerful belief of KINDness, that brings awareness and healing to the
negative and lasting effects of girl-against-girl bullying. Already creating a
buzz at film festivals and schools across the country, Finding Kind
documents the 10,000-mile cross-country journey of two Pepperdine students,
Lauren Parsekian and Molly Thompson, two first-time filmmakers who were both
teen victims of "mean girls.” Following the screening, there will be time
for Q&A as well as an interactive post-film
discussion with a panel of experts.

come, first-served basis. Don't wait to reserve tickets as this event will

Due to certain language and content, the film is
recommended for students in middle school and above and their
parents/guardians. It is appropriate for both female and male audiences, and is
