You’ll learn about the plants’ life cycles, including when and how to harvest them. You’ll learn how to make tasty dishes and healthful preparations with these familiar, yet under-appreciated plants.
Leader Pam Kristan is an experienced amateur forager who has been gathering wild food for 40 years, leading urban foraging walks in Boston for over 10 years, and taking people on outdoor adventures for more than 30 years. She eats from the wild every day and makes her own herbal/wild-crafted preparations.
