Plan to bring:
Mat, Pillow, Hair tie to get hair off your neck and shoulders, Loose-fitting clothes,
Socks without holes (you will be removing your shoes - but if you like holes in your socks feel free to wear them proudly!!).
Wear clothing that is loose around the neck for massage.
