In cooperation with the Westford Fire Department, Keller Williams will be sponsoring a Heartsaver CPR Course on March 23rd from 6PM to 8:30 in our Westford office, 175 Littleton Road.
The Heartsaver CPR Course is a modular CPR course that incorporates the "new" CPR and Heartsaver guidelines and teaches rescuers how to recognize and treat life-threatening emergencies, including cardiac arrest and choking for responsive adult, child, and some focus on infant victims. Students also learn to recognize the warning signs of heart attack and stroke in adults and breathing difficulties in children.
This course designed for those with a duty to respond, such as employees in the workplace, daycare workers, baby-sitters, police, airline personnel, security guards, family members of patients for high risk for sudden cardiac arrest, other rescuers, and those who need or want to learn CPR.
The cost for the course is only $25. Students who complete the course will receive a CPR certification, and the Heartsaver CPR Student Workbook to keep.
This is a wonderful opportunity to prepare yourself and to be ready and confident when an emergency situation arises and you are the first responder.
