Please join Coach Paret (one of the Westford Littleton Crew coaches) and expierenced rowers in a Learn-to-Row session for Adults at Forge Pond in Westford on Saturday, June 23rd. The Learn-to-Row session will provide a basic introduction to sweep rowing in an enjoyable and supportive atmosphere. We will focus on proper technique, boat and oar handling, rowing terminology and safety both on and off the water. Please wear athletic clothes and bring sunscreen, bug spray, a beach chair or blanket and a great attitude!
Celebrate your first row and continue to laugh and learn at the cookout. Burgers, veggie burgers, hot dogs, soda & water will be provided.
