Learn to make French boule (round loaf), complete with crispy crust and open, large-holed goodness. Impossible to produce in a home oven before this new technique was introduced late in 2006, you can create this delicious artisan bread (with lots of variations) in your home with some simple steps and the use of a cast-iron or enameled (not ceramic) 3.5 quart covered Dutch oven.
