Join us in welcoming Chef Anthony De Palma as our Head Chef. His passion for preparing exquisite dishes is sure to enlighten your palate. Anthony was recently named "Winner" of Food Networks 2013 Season Premier of Chef Wanted with Anne Burrell and titled "Italian Empire's Executive Chef" where De Palma demonstrated that he is no stranger to the Italian Cuisine. Chef Anthony created a new and improved menu for Evviva Cucina. Everything is scratch made with locally sourced ingredients.
