Former Westford Selectman Guilty of Heroin Possession

Christopher Romeo, a former Westford selectman, was found guilty of heroin possession this week.
The Lowell Sun reported he was given a year’s probation.
Romeo, an attorney, was arrested Dec. 30 after a traffic stop in Tewksbury. He initially said the heroin belonged to one of his clients but later admitted it was his.
