Notes from Coach Coward

"We had a nice Senior Night win against Boston Latin.  It was tied 14 all at the end of the first, but we had a 22-4 run through the second quarter to pull away.

We are going through a strange stretch in the schedule: three straight weeks of only one game on Friday night. I’m looking forward to getting back to two games a week next week.

Right now we are 15-1, but our next four games will really show whether we are a top team in our division or whether we're just a good, young team.

We play in Acton this coming Friday, and then travel to Central Catholic. And on Feb. 19, two Sundays from now, we host two-time defending state champ Andover at 4 p.m.

I’ve been pleasantly surprised by our record, but the next four games will really test us."
