Irina has over 9 years of experience offering much-sought-after, holistic gynecological services and is pleased to offer it to women seeking integrative health services. Holistic gynecology differs from typical gynecology in that it combines western medical techniques with whole-body, natural approaches to make women feel amazing as they journey through life.

Irina is a holistic nurse practitioner, treating women, men, and adolescents with a whole-body, natural approach. She integrates traditional western medicine with a variety of alternative healing approaches to treat a wide range of conditions from hormone balancing using Bio-Identical Hormones, endocrine disorders, allergies, bone health conditions and nutritional concerns, including weight management and detoxification.

Irina Serebryakova earned a MS in Family Nursing from Binghamton University. She is nationally certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. She also holds certifications from the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine and the Academy of Preventative and Innovative Medicine.

Groton Wellness was founded by Dr. Bob Evans and his wife, Jean Nordin-Evans, as a dental practice which believes that a person’s teeth are integral to the health of the entire body.
